1. 📦 How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany and Europe typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the product's supplier.

2. 🚚 Do you ship outside Europe?
Currently, we only ship within Europe. We're working on expanding our service to international locations soon!

3. 🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@gkstore.shop.

4. 📍 Track my order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from the link in your confirmation email.

5. ❓ What if my product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures. We'll offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.

6. 🧴 Are your products 100% organic and cruelty-free?
Yes! All our products are certified organic, cruelty-free, and vegan-friendly. We work only with trusted European suppliers.

7. 🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?
